How does one break into song when they lack the words? How do we choose, or are forced, to morph when we come to a new place? When Mr.M and his literacy classroom set out to master English, they find out just how much language can change.
Inspired by Adult Literacy classes at University Settlement, as well as the writer’s personal life, “prəˈlifik.” examines the human condition and need for communication and one of the bravest acts one can do, share how they feel and go after what they want.
